It's a compact, efficient layout built for a beach-first trip: come in from the sand, rinse off, and settle into a space that feels more like a small apartment than a hotel room.

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating, and check-in is self-service via keypad, so late arrivals or early beach starts are never a problem. High-speed WiFi is included throughout the stay.

Our nightly rate is constant year-round at $110/night — no seasonal surprises.

A 6.5% city tax applies to the nightly rate.

A one-time cleaning fee of $100 applies per stay.

Full payment is due at the time of booking. No security deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.
